I need a lamba sensor and knock sensor (still) for my car. Nissan want £260 for both. Anyone know anywhere cheaper please?

Are people really gonna take sensors off an engine if its ok though?

The lambda sensor is in the elbow on the turbo, just unplug the wiring connector and undo it. Its a 17mm spanner if i remember correctly :wink:

LOL, have fun getting the knock sensor off as it's on the back of the block and is a nightmare to get off while engine is in situ. I believe it can be done but i would not have a go myself.

Most probably, then you would be fitting pistons and also the det sensor that was skimped on in the first place :cry: :cry: , i think Antilag had a det sensor for sale, jeff :wink:
