(blew the turbo and replaced it with another one to cut a long story short)
ok so got everything bolted and lined up straight, got to the very very last bit (fitting the intercooler pipe) and bolts dont line up. So will now being doing what i have shown in the picture below (which i coulda got from autosport show yesterday if i thought about it!)
Green circle is where the bolts are which need to twist about 5mm to the right.
Red box is the chunk im gonna cut from the intercooler pipe so i will have some flex
Orange box is where im gonna replace with a samco pipe (65mm, if someone has one for sale) which should give me enough flex to get the bolts to line up, rember the opposite end from the green circle is only held by a jubilee clip it can rotate a bit.
