OK, got a problem.

it is'nt leaking to the point where its dripping, but the diff has got a neat coating of gunge! i think its safe for the time being :?

is there a repair kit where i just need to fill back up with oil, or is it a case of complete replacement.

any help woud be greatly appreciated guys.

It must have oil seals mate. And it must be one of them leaking or the case seal where it bolts together.

talk to nissan about seals, try Warren at the basingstoke branch he's very helpfull.

do a yell.com search under nissan basingstoke for the number  .

If its not dripping is it still worth touching it as long as the level is correct and oil regularly changed etc i see no point in doing it :?

If you are set on doing the job, i would degrease the diff and try and trace where the oil is coming from, then go from there, you may find that all you have to change are the drive shaft seals.

Goodluck,

Ant.
