Leaking

Hi All

Jumped into my car after it had been sitting quite a number of days to find the drivers footwell soaking right through to the back seat any ideas where the water maybe coming from is it most likely to be a door seal or could it be leaking through the screen.

Just thought I would post incase some other member had come across the same problem.

Hope you can help as there is nothing worse than a car that lets in water.

My mates is doing the same on the passenger side.

I'd guess its the door seal, as on his the dash is never wet and neither is the carpet up under the dash. He's got quite a little pond developing, cars currently off the road.

My old 306 used to let water in through the seal, it would run down inside it and come out the bottom under the door.

think there is a drain on the nearside front for something

Mine gets damp too I think it may be the membrane behind the door trim panel as the seals all seem fine.
