I would think that if it's comeing from that joint, It would be the oil that is pumped back into the inlet pipe from the rocker cover breather 
.
But it could just be something that's been spilled over the engine lol.
Best thing to do is clean it up with some brake cleaner or gunk and check it in a week or two .

LOL, i know, just didnt want to put anything on it incase it leaked through.
i assumed it was the rocker cover breather but just wanted to make sure.

That looks to be the turbo inlet, which won't be under pressure, but vacuum. So your leak is somewhere above and dripping down, or it's just WD40 or something.
Just do as V says (cos he'll get upset if you don't ) and clean it up then see what happens. Doesn't look severe whatever it is.
