Leave off Transfer Box Bracket ?

Hi all,
The group n manual says i can leave out the 2 bastard bolts and also the bracket on the rear of the transfer box to engine (under the oil cooler).
Has anyone else left this off before?

I left mine out.

You can leave it out but i always put it back in, its a bit of a bastard it must stop things like the plenium bouncing around when going over bumps.

i left mine on... it looks like it would actually do something i.e stop the flex from a hard launch, i left the bracket that bolts on top of transfer box off as i saw this as a complete waste of time

i use the end bracket but leave the triangle bracket to the block off as its another pain in the ass thats not really needed (thats on my car though)
if a customers then we replace it as it looks bad if we hand them a bag of brackets and bolts:lol:

no thats the end one and the one which i still use, the one i dont is bolted to the top of the transfer to block (bigger one of the two.
im using standard mounts
