Lens tint

Can anyone tell what will take lens tint spray off my rear lights, ive tried white spirits but no joy :?

Ross, a company called 'foltec' or thereabouts sells the tint spray remover.
it's about £5.00 a can though. If i can find a link, i'l post it up but i've seen there ads in places like demon tweeks etc.

If you can't find any, go to a double-glazing company that sells trade stuff and get some sovent PVCu cleaner - that will also do the trick - takes a lot of elbow-grease though :?

I used it on mine once, didn't damage the lenses at all. Be wise to test 1st though

lens tint spray is just like spraypaint right? as in its a coating rather than something that changes the actual material?.

Why dont you just use fine sand paper?

you can use nail varnish remover.

IT MUST BE ACETONE FREE THOUGH!

if you use one with acetone in it it will discolour the lights!
