Loose pipe!

The pipe shown below is loose on the engine i'm about to put in, whereas its solid as a rock on the old one. I just cant see how its tightened up! :noidea: Or does it even matter if it can rotate?

Could anybody please explain it to me!

Does Not matter if it rotates buddy as the hard pipe has a lip on it.

Also, whilst I'm here, can the exhaust manifold gaskets be reused in the short term?

I'm assuming its just the original cos it would appear to have broken into 4 separate pieces at the joins!! :shock:

You can get new ones cheap from Erics performance parts on ebay!
