May not be in the correct section sorry
Friend has recently has his V8 petrol range rover converted too run on LPG recons it saves his a fortune on petrol. The guy who did the conversion says 'apparently' any car can be converted for dual fuel running.
Could this be done 2 an R?

LPG and turbos still don't get on very well, although aparently this is being worked on.

High power LPG NA cars have been built and if you have the car set up specifically for gas they can go very well (most power loss is a result of the compromise dual fuel cars have to have). The more expensive conversions now run seperate ECUs for gas running which switch in when the fuel is switched over to overcome this.

BTW a guy at work recently sold his LPG V8 Landy Disco after a local independent expert told him ALL LPG V8s he knowns about have blown up...

We've had a few dangerous LPG conversions in at work, had a BMW which blew back through the air flow meter and blew the afm to bits
LPG lines very rubbing on panel edges and close to exhausts is another good one.
