£1250 - M reg black GTiR for sale - Essex
I have just come back from the garage after I asked them to have a look over the car as it quickly developed a weird knocking sound. Well, it turns out the wheel bearing is shot causing a badly shaking steering wheel and the sills towards the rear have developed a lot of rot to the point of where it will probably not pass an MOT without some bodywork repairs. One of the tyres has also bubbled in the inner rim. The lighting on the dash is also a bit intermittent.
On the plus side, the car has been sitting since May, I re-charged the battery and it started first time.
The car itself has done just over 100k miles (102k from recollection) and the engine has done around 90k (from Pulsar Stu's old yellow R). The car was bought from Bob (pulsarboby) about 3 years ago now and I've done about 8k miles myself.
The engine is near enough standard with only a few minor mods -
Bailey BOV
Mongoose full stainless exhaust and decat
HKS induction kit
Battery relocated to the boot
It's also got:
Exedy organic clutch with lightened flywheel (also from Pulsar Stu's old R and has barely covered 20k miles)
MeisterR fully adjustable suspension (fewer than 8k miles on them and new are £770)
285mm HiSpec big brake kit on the front (again, fewer than 8k miles on them and new are £600+VAT)
Ultralite Battle Mono 17" x 7" alloys refurbed in metallic (Cadbury's) purple with 3 good tyres, one tyre will definitely need to be changed.
Also has a Thatcham Cat 1 Toad alarm fitted by a proper alarm technician.
Leccy windows, mirrors and sunroof are all in good working order
It is currently SORN at the moment (not that I'd advise it to be driven anyway). It has MOT on it for another week or two (I know it runs out in August)
