You might need to ask Steve really nicely if he still makes them. - I've got a feeling the answer is "no".

Failing that, maybe someone is breaking a shell that had one; you don't seen them advertised very often, but I guess that doesn't mean much.

I've seen some interest on GTiROZ. - One of their members used to make them, and might be able to do it again if someone sends-back an old one to copy.
