Milage stuck at 90,000

For some reason my speedo has stuck at 90,000 and isnt moving on. Actually to be precise all the numbers but the 8 changing to 9 were moving but that stopped halfway

Any ideas what I should do

yeah, sell it in 20 years time with 'low mileage' :lol:

Just take it out and give a few miles by hand, see if that will free it. If it stopped at a random number I'd say it was electrical, but the fact it stopped at exactly 90000 sounds like its mechanically stuck ?

Whilst driving, try resetting your trip meter and then make sure you pull the plunger out firmly afterwards.

Well I gave it a poke with a screwdriver this morning. There was a little click and now the mileage is going up again

Not sure if I should be happy about that or not lol
