the last 5 digits [14-18] represent the factory options (eg. ABS, climate control, heated seats, etc)
this info is available in FAST by clicking on the OP button once the VIN has been entered
unfortunately it's all in japanese, and to make it harder the text is not selectable
the bit of translation I've done in the past using text screen capture is not overly conclusive - eg. in this case: the A at the end is something related to a rear seat belt (?)
