Hi there, thinking of buying a gtir, what common faults should I look for, also are there any common MOT failure problems to check? any info would be extremely helpful, don't know much about the jap beasts!

I've owned my current Pulsar through 2 MOT's now
The first one it needed a headlamp adjustment, and that was it.
The second one it needed a new handbrake cable, and that was it.
Pretty good in my opinion!

My last fail was the offside wishbone, i believe this is fairly common. Although to be honest you could say that about most cars i expect......hmm not much use that eh? :lol:
Worry about the big things first...gearbox..clutch etc.
