so you cut the plug off didnt slice into the wires,where did you mount the coil mate,where the stock one goes,whats the grey plug boot for?do you have to use that?

I made a mounting bracket for the coil and riveted it to the chassis.
As for the rubber boot its the plug for the blaster coil,i just cut the end off an old number 1 plug lead and used the new plug that comes with the blaster coil.
I just cut the plug off the wires to the old coil, and soldered a new plug on the wires going to the old coil and on the wires coming from the msd control box so that you can disconnect it if you remove the engine.

Also just to add if you do cut the wires to the old coil leave a bit of length to the old coil plug as you can't set the timeing with the msd stuff connected due to the mutiple sparks below 3000rpm.
I cut the old plug off and then soldered a bit of wire to it then used another plug the same style that i used to join the msd wiring up.

also,can i cut the msd wires somewhere along halfway and put like spade connectors in between?so if i ever needed to drop the lump be easier to disconnect it
