Is it the Nismo one's? I think that was a guy off of the modifiers site that was making them, remember them being a bit steep in price though!! About £80??

Rallynuts sell mud flaps and mudflap material.
I bought four sheets to make my own.

Just buy some universal ones and cut them to shape, then make the holes as you fit them to the car.
One can use the holes allready there and make some new ones if requiered.
To finish it some decals does the trick.
Here is the shape, it is originally for Impreza, but fits nicely with som adjustments:
