Need info on gear ratios

hey buds,

I'm trying to find out the gear ratios for the two boxes, the standard road version and the rally short ratio version.

For the standard I have -
1st - 3.285
2nd - 1.850
3rd - 1.272
4th - 0.954
5th - 0.740
Rev - 3.266
Final - 4.125
( please correct me if I'm wrong though)

Can anyone tell me what the ratios are for the close ratio rally box ? ( formerly known as the Dakar version ;) )

I tried searching the forum, but no luck. Cheers !

Why? you don't really want to fit the dakar gears it will
drive you up the wall I was quite glad when mine was a
right off :shock: :lol: .

Hey, I'll ask the questions, big boy. I have a much better power to weight ratio than you :D

Hows things in the frozen north, ya great southern jessie ? Wish I'd known, I would have come visited you when I was up seeing my folks at christmas.

I did hear from craig a couple of weeks ago and he sounded ok
but doesn't have his r any more I think he got a ford and is now
in to boys :shock: :wink: as is james w :lol:

Yeah, haven't seen JamesW cheeky little face in a while either, been keeping pretty low key.

So can anyone answer my question about the gears ?
