helix organic new clutch, have done about 600 miles in it now,and was told it will need 250 to 500 miles to wear in. Its quite like the standard clutch but it just judders on first gear and reverse when moving off? is this normal for this clutch? as my standard clutch didnt do this!
Its fine throughout the gears but itsjust with first gear when getting to the biting point and reverse. Should i take it back to the mechanic that fitted it? or is it nufin to worry about?

Did you have your flywheel skimmed before the new clutch was fitted ? If not, I would put it down to this. I have the same thing and I didn't get mine skimmed. Mot like small inperfections on the face of the flywheel.
Try giving it a few more revs when moving off, this should make it a bit better.
I also get it if the car speed is too low in 2nd :(

Unfortunately, unless you want to take it all apart again, you're gonna have to live with it

Take it back to the garage where fitted and see what they say.
