New Engine Mount

Anyone know where I can get a new or used engine mount in good condition? Its the one beside the coolant over flow bottle. I put in a new water pump last wend and noticed the mount was cracked on all sides.
Also should i be driving the car with this bad mount cause since i've put it back on there are creaks coming from it. as if there is a bit of movement when i first drive off.
Hope someone can help!

You can get a new engine mount from Nissan or a used one from one of the blokes that are breaking GTiR's on here.
