Not R related but just a quick 1

My dad has got a 1995 vauxhall calibra v6, he has started to notice a small squeek coming from the rear of the car when moving. I checked it over quickly and it squeeks when i push the back of the car down. it comes from the right hand side.

What do u recon this is? it doesn't bounce at all so i guess the shocks r fine.. i don't want to take it all apart to look in it.

i know it sounds silly.but the rear brakes on those can be noisey on times?
apply the handbrake amd push the rear down to iliminate the brakes .

that will be a start
