PAUTER RODS & ARIAS PISTONS.. any good?

Hi Guys, am new to the forum so a big hello to you all :-D

I have seen Pauter con rods and Arias Pistons on ebay and I wondered if these are any good as I am looking into rebuild my engine soon and need more power capabilities (up to 500bhp) 8)

I have read the thread on the Eagle rods, and your comments on Fardon, PAR and Crower pistons but I can't find anyone that supplies the later conrods cheap enough in the UK.

Your help greatly appreciated.

You can use any brand of Rod that you see fit... Eagle, Crower, Pauter... For Pistons have a look at CP, JE, Ross, Arias, Mahle, WISCO...

You don't really need Billet Rods for 500bhp unless you are building a high reving engine or using NOS... Just make sure you use the ARP Rod Bolts...
