PFR7B's at 1 BAR boost

My car is running 1 BAR boost (298 bhp) and is using PR7B spark plugs. (This was all set up by Powerstation). Should I change these to the heat range 8 plugs or are these ok?

Use Grade 8 to be safe... 7's won't last long...

i think olly is using them @ 1.3 but with wi and i dont think hes had any prob with them 8)

they'll still be ok, but for £35 its one less thing to worry about.
