well the transmission has to be completely opened up to install it. The you install the plates and spring between the spider gears. This is not a true limited slip but it comes close. I have heard it is a bit tricky in corners. its a bit unpredictable as its relying on the friction of the plates against the flat side of the gears and the pressure of the spring pushing on the plates. These variables change over time...albeit a slight change. I would not use this unless the only kind of racing you do is 1/4 mile and/or anything without sharp corners.
