piston question

getting bored of searching threads..

i just need to no what make of SR20DET (s13,14,15 ect..) clear the oil squirters without needing to have cut outs machined.

i.e CP, WISECO,WOSSNER, JE ect..

im sure i remember pulsarboby saying CP skirts clear the squirters.

let me know as im just about to order mine:-D

JE, HKS, Tomie deffo clear.

CP, Ross and Wiseco do not make GTiR specific pistons.

i know that but i think the skirt clears on CP's as its shorter, but need confirmation

I have Wiseco and there was no machining required to fit them

are you sure i looked at wesco and they had no cut out for the oil squirters like my hks ones have

Most have gotten away without having to machine the CP Pistons too..

Mine by the sound of it aren't coming into contact with the oil squirters! :lol: I wreckon like Aaron said it could be that the skirt clears are shorter by the sound of it :nod:

I have ARIAS pistons, and they didnt need any machining. Fit mine no problems.

No mate, just a re-bore as they were oversized.
