Plug question(colour) ?

what do you think about the colour of my plug?

i run in my new engine and made around 150 miles now.
the plugs were instelled new.

i was told that engine runs to lean(white colour),
but my AFR is ok.

I'd say the biscuit colouring of the earth electrode looks about right. The rest of the plug would say you running rich though (black sooty deposits).
