fuel surge means your pick up on your fuel pump comes out of the fuel in the tank, this is caused by the fuel sloshing to the other side of the tank when cornering hard or accelerating hard.

u`ll need to open your tank up and check the pick up is still on ur pump, if it is then it just a case of making sure the pick up is mounted correctly so its always submerged in fuel.

Which direction corner are you going round? Fuel surge is a common problem on the R and happens even if the pump is fitted correctly in the 'standard' place.
