I know a few people on here have this controlle on their R. I'm wondering where people mounted the valve unit? Can the unit be mounted where the stock selenoid is? My only concern is the vibrations from the motor, could it damage the valve unit? Or is it better to mount somewhere else under the bonnet?

Also, where's te best place to T up with the fuel regulator? The R has a single port actuator right?

Any pics or info would help.

on a solid surface is better than the engine, however I have never had a problem with mounting one onto an engine where I have had too so far.

And where to tap the FPR vacuum line?

Ok, thanks for all the advice guys!

I installed the valve unit where the stock selenoid was.

Now I'm wondering why there's an opened hole on the valve unit after install? Only 2 of the 3 outlet are used on the valve unit, why leave one port open?
