qauife box

just wondering if there is any way off telling weather or not a box contains a qauife gearset when its out of the car? reason i ask is that im about to buy one and i dont want to get stiched

look at the input shaft, even then you'd have to know the difference, other than that no

Take the gear box sensor out and get a tourch to have a look at one of the gears. If the teeth look bigger than normal then you may have a qauife.

But like troll said you need to know what your looking at.
