quickshift

Hi who can tell me what size of and type of bolt to use in one of these yank quick shifts please as to me thats the only thing stopping it fit .

i thought that quickshifts werent a good idea as they can fack your gearbox????

I had a quickshift on mine....more like slowshift....there wasnt much room between the gears and I had to take more care when shifting...which took more time in the end :roll:

I just thought that I'd give it a try as it was only $20 , And I had to change all the bushes (for polly one's 8) ) and rubber mounts anyway.


So anybody know then?

Is it not the same size as the standard one? If it is I used an M8x55mm bolt when I refitted my gear lever.

nope it's not :evil: It's the same size as the small end of the bolt so I'd
nee to get one that size, They do supply a bush to reduce the hole size in the metal plate it goes through though 8) .
