Racetech Exhaust

Hi was wondering if anyone has fitted a Racetech Exhaust to their R. There is always atleast one for sale on ebay and can order them from racetech website. Just wanted to know if they are any good or would i be better paying a bit more for a mongoose or something along that lines?

Any info will be great
