Where can you buy new chassis rails from (the ones which the arb mount onto at the end).

I think Nissan still do them, but last I tried it was a 2 month wait :roll:.

Any other places?

nissan only unless you have your own fabricated.

I had them fabricated (that's probably a day or so to do both).... but I don't want to talk about it - They aren't chassis rails, just box section!

Most of the cost was in the fact that some dumbass had jacked the car on the floor-pan and bent it so the new box section wouldn't weld on without having it hammered out. - I haven't got the invoice yet, so I can't see what it cost.
