im not sure on the R but on some cars there are grooves in the piston and you can use a scredriver and you have to effectively screw the piston back in?
You can use long-nose pliers, stick the tips in the grooves and rotate the pliers. A bit fiddly and you need two people, but the special tool is about £30...
Okay i will give it a go what I dont savvy though is after you have screwed
the pistons back in and dropped your pads in how do the pistons release
or do you just pump the brake pedal? :?
