rebuild time.............well almost

i think im gonna need to a rebuild in the near future can anyone point me in the right direction please.........i wiil like to get all the parts myself so i would need someone to put the jigsaw together for me

depends what spec you go for, but basics are:

ARP rod bolts = Hi Teq £55
1.2mm metal head gasket = ADR Motorsport £100
bearings, water pump, oil pump gears, heads bolts, chain, engine gasket set = Nissan (my mate works in the at Nissan )
JE 87mm forged pistons = ME

o i not far fro that list then cool some new con rods i think will be needed possiblley balance the bottom end would be nice...........

i reckon your better off just giving it to someone and saying 'make it jimmy proof please' it' ll last longer
