reliablilty and power?

running 300 my self, soon to push it to around 320 and my car has never ever let me down, apart from the gearbox wish is a must upgrade in the long run anyway

Yes, I'm running 300 and have done over 60,000km in past two years will minimal fuss really. Now that i've said that, I am wholly expecting to need a new clutch, gearbox and engine in the near future. :roll: :roll: :lol:

Yes.

Ran circa 300bhp for a year and not a word from the gearbox.

During the year of daily driving - approx 300miles per week, I went through:
- 1 wheel bearing
- 1 turbo manifold gasket

and that's it!

And I didn't buy one of these cars to drive like miss daisy either... They can take it.

Admittedly I did crack a piston then. but caused by poor boring of cylinder before by some cowboy... and possibly the shit fuel over here also.

They have been proven to take it. Some have weak gearboxes but probably due to being dogged whole life etc etc... Same as any car. Only a shìt load quicker...

Ah yes but it was a care free 4 weeks chunk;-)
