Removal of bumper bar

Hey guys, ive not long purchased a turini front bumper but i have a problem. The car it came off was running a fmic and mine is still running a top mount so i still have the bumper bar in place hence the bumper not fitting on. Question is how difficult is this to remove, could i do it myself or would you recommend a body shop to do the work??

Is it really that simple lol, i read a post somewhere on here and there was talk of using an angle grinder to remove it

on some fmic's you have to modify it with a little pursuation of an angle grinder. If you look at your chassis leg the bumper bar is bolted just inside, there is two bolts on each side.
