removing wind deflectors

i've been doing a search and not found what i'm, after.
once the wind deflectors are removed, the sticky stuff is off and the clips have been removed the rubber window seal is misshapen where the clips used to be. is there a way to fix this or are new seals the only way?

also does anyone have the part number for the rubber strip that runs along the top and front of the door shut?

i need new hinges anyway but replacing the rubber strip has got to be a good idea at the same time.

have you still got the deflectors? how much do you want for them?

well they are still on the car atm and the left one is broken in the middle. if i can't remove them without leaving gaps in the rubber seal then i'll have to leave them on and get a new left one. however i'd like to remove them anyway as i prefer the look without them.
