Just fitted my engine, and struggling to locate where some of the vacum pipes go, could this cause the bad running? the problem is i can start it and it'll run, but then after about a minute of running it starts to choke itself, and when come to re-start it wont start, it has fuel and a spark just wont run entill and clean the spark plugs again!!!

Yep, unconnected vacuum pipes can cause all sorts of mischief with the engine running !

right so first i need them all in the right place..

If you've got the service manuals in manual 1 under Engine Fuel and emisson control system there's diagrams in there of the routing of the vacuum pipes. I've found them but not sure how to post them up here.

i've got them i think and struggling to locate need some one local whos had engine outy before.. and i can copy..

can anybody lend me there gtir? to just look at these vacum pipes? need to know where they go asap.. if anyone fancy's bobbing over many thanks steve
