rust!

my r has a couple or bubles under the paint where the rear bumper meets the arch.i was going to get the ofending area cut out and a new bit welded in and filled etc.its not a big bit but just to get rid of it.it is 14 years old now.has anyone else had this done?

i had a piece cut out and refitted when i got the "race fuel filler" done.when i finally get the transmission sorted and the ecu remapped,i've also got a wing to renew due to blistering/rust

im sure you will see my car soon,im off tomorow if your not doing anything?its clean other than this.i just want to get it fixed proper.
