Seat subframe info

Does anyone have a picture of the subframe or the underneith of the standard seats in Pulsars?

I bought James' leather seats this is what I need to do to fit them in with there current subframe etc...

the back holes line up, 1 needs a spacer so it sits level and the front need the 2 brackets making up,

The other option to this is to cut the old runners off the old seats and weld them onto the leather seats, this isn't the entirely best option as id be wrecking some decent seats etc, but if its the easiest way.

See the pics of the subframe of the leather seats, what do you think is my best bet? How hard will it t be to weld the other runners on?
