For selling purposes, because you have specified that this car is a "Dakar edition" please can you provide evidence (photographic) to confirm this statement.

Otherwise please refrain from using the word Dakar as this is misleading.

Hasn't someone stuck a "Dakar" badge on the back where it should say "Nissan" (and shuffled the Nissan badge to where it should say "Pulsar")?

It's an honest question because I can't read what it says, but the badges on the boot lid are odd.

Instead of digging at the guy like old women with the i know something you dont know why don't you just put him straight?

When gtirs first started coming over here all the light weight jobbies were labeled as dakars.
Where this ever come from I do not know but I believed it aswell 15 years ago as no one knew any better at that time.

This dakar is all just a myth, the real name for the basic lightweight gtirs is RB simular to the way light weight evos use RS.

So your dakar is an RB model gtir as dakars do not exist as far as I know.

Nah, that says "Pulsar" above the old square "Nissan" badge. B4HKSs earlier photos on other threads show it clearly too. If it is an original RB then its bound to have some rarity value, although it's obviously a big-spec car so most of that originality will be gone. Where did that whole RB/Dakar legend thing come from anyway, because I remember hearing it back when I bought mine.

It's a UK thing because I never heard the RB referred to as "Dakar" when I lived in Australia.

In the case of this car I thought it was a bit of an in-joke; like you might refer to "the Car Planet EVO" or "the Gobstopper Imprezza".

The badges are just the wrong way around then?

Just checked on photos, mines got the 'Pulsar' badge above the square Nissan word badge, same as B4HKSs one, and that's not something I've changed.

Maybe it's a phase I/II thing? - Looking at Google images it looks like some have [Nissan] then Pulsar, and others have Pulsar then (Nissan Logo).

I just assumed that any car that was in KJ7 would be the same.... maybe it's mine that's on the wrong way around.
