Setting coilover pre-load.

Chaps,

Not sure if everyone elses D2's/K-Sports/G-Force coilovers arrived in the same state as mine but, mine have no pre-load set for the springs. What is the best way to set this up ?

I searched the web over the weekend and all I could come up with was adjusting pre-load on bikes and even then, it wasn't that specific.

I just undid the bottom spring plate until the spring was loose then did them back up enough to stop the spring being loose, You don't really need any more than that I think, Seem to work ok on mine, Get ready for the other adjustments lol, Took me fooking ages.

Thanks Rob. That's kinda of what I was expecting. Just removing any 'sag', to the same degree at all four corners and going from there.

I had a play with the coilovers yesterday, just to get a better understanding of how they work. All seems pretty straight forward but, doesn't anything on these cars !! :lol:
