Shifter seems loose

Hey there!

I'm trying to figure out why my shifter seems so loose. When the car is not running and I move the shifter, there seems like there is not that much restriction on it. I can move it a bit left and right and forward/backward ... not a complete circle but somewhat close....

Shifter bushes?

If so, how hard is it to change those? and where are they located?

There's a bush on the bottom of the gear lever.
There was an uprated one knocking about a while ago and it took alot of the play out of mine. I guess a new standard one would too.

does the car shift fine through all the gears while driving?

the car shifts just fine, but I have just a little hesitation while getting it into 3 and 4 because i have to pull it a bit to the right and then push it forward.

When I've tried my buddy's WRX yesterday it was so much stiffer than mine, I won't move freely at all, only with force it will move from left to right
