Spark plugs & Gaps?

Could someone recommend decent spark plugs & gaps for running 1.2bar (maybe even 1.3) please? thanks in advance

Well some people run PFR7 b gapped to 7.5mm and have run 1.6bar on them
for 2years like myself and since I have had the engine rebuilt it also has the same type of plug fitted, but there are others of course

I'm going to get new leads as well, but they are going to be std nissan ones.
