SPEED SENSOR

Hi all

does any 1 know what wires go wher on the speed sensor :?: :?: ther are 2 on the sensor, 1 green and 1 black :!: , and on the other plug that it conects to, ther is 1 green and 1 red :!:

the secondhand 1 i have bought hasnt got the plug on and when i removed mine the wires came out of the plug

i have changed it and plugd it together but it dosnt work :!: i put the green to green and black to red :!:

is this rite or wrong :?:

Have you tried connecting them the other way around? If it still doesn't work, assuming it's just your speedo that's not working, it may be your delimiter that's stuffed :?
