standard wheels and uprated brakes

Hi all..

now i love the stealth look and like my original alloys on the car.. im looking to upgrade the brakes as i couldnt stop earlier at all.. brakes fade pretty quickly..

now is it possible to have uprated calipers to fit under the standard wheels..

ps. im looking at doing track days etc..fast road:-D

I'v got the 283 willwoods and they would not fit. You may find a AP kit that would but to go under 14's you would be lucky if they stopped any better.

such a shame as i like the standard stealth look.. and its quick on small wheels

standards brakes are shite keith, you`ll find just vented disks and better pads make a big difference

On track he may find that the heat build up will quickly cause fade.
I had the 280mm Wilwood kit and after 2-3 laps the peddle would press to the floor.

shame they dont do better smaller brakes to fit.. i suppose ill have to get some alternative wheels then..
