I had a little problem with my Wilwood brakes recently that has been a little hard to diagnose. I rang them several times to chat and each time they gave useful technical advice (such as how to dismantle the calliper by removing the dust seals and pistons, how to check the seals are ok, etc) even though they're out of guarantee.
It's good that there are still decent companies around that know about the products and are willing to help even if they're not going to make much profit from it!
