Transfer Box

Help you guys can anyone give me any info on the transfer box - is it a common thing to go. Seems like clutch has gone at same time - please help three men outside waiting for your reply thanks

Mine has an oil leak, but I don't think I've heard of one failing. What makes you think it has?

i,ve heard off few breaking and bearing failures, does it whine at low rpm?

mine whined for a year and ollie has just swapped it for me, a couple of hundred notes should get you a decent one, if you do it at the same time as the clutch its not much extra work. i've heard of a few whiney ones and 2 catastrophic failiures. i know where theres a good one in the south east if yuore near there
