Turbo from a R32 Skyline in a GTi-R

Hello:

Does any one of you guys have ever done this ? Put a Skyline turbo ( R32 ) in a SR20DET Gti-R ?

Does it need strong mods to install it ?
It is better than the Original Turbo ?
How much does it improve performance ?
Its too Lagie ??

this is a guess but sum gtr's go for a big single turbo conversion and thats the turbo i have so im guessing there a waste of time it wont b laggy will probably b small and not much use imho

don,t r32,s have twin 2530s and gts have ceramic turbo which is a small turbo and not much of an improvement of the standard t28. :?

they are smaller and less powerful than our t28's. the ceramic ones are fragile too, not good!

you'd be better off taking your t28 to a turbo tuner and get them to spec it up a bit for you. you'd be able to run more boost and get higer bhp from a modded t28.

if its a GTR there are 2 turbo's.....a single one would be good for a turbo starlet. The gtst would be an improvment but you cant run more than 1bar on it because the ceramic blades will disintegrate. You want a cheap upgrade...get an S14 or S15 compressor housing.
