turbo`s

anypne know the full spec on both these turbo`s as i can get them at a good price and wondered if they would suit my spec.

garret gt30r and the gt25r :?:

also what is the maximum hp these can support and what rpm will they make full boost at.

any help would be appreciated.cheers nis.

cant really tell you what boost on the GT35R but some where near 4500-5000rpm

the gt30r is about 4000-4500rpm

GT25R - 400bhp+

Take it you're getting it from JGY Customs then...?

nope ive got a mate who works for a turbo company and he can get me any turbo i want made up so i thought of getting him to copy the spec of either the gt25r or the gt30r. im loooking for 400bhp can anyone reccomend any others?

gt35/40 would be a good choice.

a good choice for what? THats a 600hp turbo.....


you guys are too focused on numbers for bragging rights.....a 600bhp pulsar will not be fun to drive daily.

If you want 400bhp then go for the gt25r.It should just do it and have good spoolup.If you want the option of going for more power in the future then go for the bigger gt types,but the car won't be as quick(in most situations) at 400bhp than if you had the smaller turbo on as it will be laggier-assuming car made the same power with both turbos.
