Turbo - strange problem.

symptom:
strange sound, oil in exhaust, oil in intake, no oil in motor good boost pressure, bad oil pressure.

i take away intake pipe off turbo, and what i see ?
i can move kompressor axis and kompessor impeller along the axis with finger ~8mm !!! (maximum movement in instruction is 0.097mm).
movement acroos the axis is ok.

what is this ?

the turbo bearings are fooked, prob split the oil seals causing the oil to be sucked in

is that 0.8mm or 8mm? i cannot see why you have bad oil pressure from a knackered turbo, must be another fault with the engine somewhere, you checked the pressure relief valve in the oil pump as this may be sticking, jeff
